Christmas Events

Christmas eve we headed up to the Botanical gardens to see the train display. The kids really liked Thomas the train. The set up of the whole thing was really beautiful!

We then went to the National Harbor to see the waterskiing Santa. Not only did we see Santa, but we saw his reindeer, frosty the snowman, the grinch, and elves. I don't think the kids liked it that much cause it was so cold, but I thought it was pretty cool. Those people are absolutely insane because it was FREEZING!

Here is everyone in their new pjs

Christmas morning was a blast. We all had a good time opening gifts. Here is Lexi putting on some makeup she got from Germ

presents!

It looked like a bomb went off at our place

And here's our little chunkers in his new overalls...so cute!

That night we went to the temple to watch the nightly performance, which was awesome!, and see the lights. We met our law school friends, the Heidenreich's and the Parson's. It was a great night.

It was a great day to be together as a family and that we could celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. It was a fun season to do some service and teach the kids a little more about why we celebrate Christmas!
